RY BARBIN
Ry Barbin is licensed to practice Law in both Hawaii and Texas. Ry received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University in 1966, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Baylor University in 1968.
Mr. Barbin is a member of the American Bar Association, Hawaii State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a past President of the Maui County Bar Association.
Mr. Barbin was recently named to the prestigious legal publication "The Best Lawyers in America - Consumer Guide". Mr. Barbin is one of only two lawyers in Hawaii to be listed for his expertise in Bankruptcy Law.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court of Hawaii, the Hawaii Supreme Court, and is a Panel Arbitrator for Hawaii Circuit Courts. He is also authorized as a Bankruptcy Arbitrator by the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Barbin has his community as President of the Maui United Way, President of the Wailuku Rotary Club, and as Chairman of the Maui County Democratic Party. Ry also serves as the Maui Field Representative for United States Senator Daniel K. Inouye.

The Law Offices of Ry Barbin employs a full time Paralegal and Office Manager, Brandon Starr. Brandon has extensive experience in Bankruptcy and Business Law. Brandon has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies and is finishing coursework for a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies.
